With its characteristic scent of freshly cut watermelon, Watermelon 1883 syrup captures the sweet and fruity flavor of the fruit combined with notes of fresh melon and green rind. Watermelon 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

Recipe

WATERMELON COOLERS

20ml 1883 Watermelon syrup
40ml pink grapefruit juice
140ml Ginger ale

Pour all the ingredients in a Tumbler full of ice.
Stir well.
Garnish with a mint sprig, redcurrants and grapefruit peel.

When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
