Recalling the delicate scent of freshly picked elder flowers, Elder flower 1883 syrup is characterized by a taste that is both sweet and floral, enhanced by intense notes of lychee. Elder flower 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

Recipe

MOUNTAIN BERRY – ELDER FLOWER AGUA FRESCA

10ml 1883 Elder flower syrup
30ml Cranberry OR Pomegranate juice
15ml Fresh lemon juice
1/2 Cup of mixed berries

Blend berries, juices and 1883 Elder flower syrup in a blender.
Fine strain over ice and add sparkling water.
Stir and garnish with mixed berries, lemon and mint.

When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
