PALATE:Bright and intense notes of lime. Sweet notes of clove and ginger.

With its bouquet of aromas unmistakably reminiscent of Falernum liqueur, Falernum 1883 syrup has a lively flavor with intense notes of lime, ginger, nutmeg, clove and rum. Falernum 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

Recipe

BARBADIAN SODA

20ml 1883 Falernum syrup
140ml Ginger Ale
1 Lime wedge
2 Ginger slices

Pour the syrup and the soda in a Tumbler full of ice.
Squeeze a lime wedge and put ginger slices.
Stir well.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
