With its delicate flavor unmistakably reminiscent of the beautiful plums from the Lorraine region, Cherry Plum 1883 syrup develops fruity, floral notes characteristic of the flesh of the fruit, with a woody, roasted finish embodying the pit. Cherry Plum 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
All Barware 1883 Products Are Egg Free, Halal, Vegan, Dairy Free, and Gluten Free.
When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
Cherry Plum Cosmo Receipe
10ml 1883 Cherry Plum syrup
50ml 1883 Triple Sec
10ml 1883 Lime syrup
250ml Cranberry juice
50ml Water or ice cubes
For 1L: Can be made in a blender or in granita machine.
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and fill with crushed ice.
For the granita machine, top up with water in a quantity equivalent to the products used.
Blend or leave to frost then serve in giant Martini-type glasses.
Decorate with red fruits and orange peels.
