With its scent of freshly sliced cucumber, Cucumber 1883 syrup reveals a fresh, crunchy and slightly sweet flavour with fruity and vegetal notes. Cucumber 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Recipe
CUCUMBER MINT MARTINI
10ml 1883 Cucumber Syrup
50ml Gin
70ml Apple juice
10 Mint Leaves
Muddle some mint leaves, add all the ingredients and the ice.
Shake, double strain and serve in a Martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
