Unlike regualr chocolate the rich, buttery flavour of white chocolate is not derived from the cocoa bean itself, but from cocoa butter. Ideal for making mochas or enhancing hot, chilled or frozen lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, flavoured milkshakes, and chocolates.

When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
