POTWASH is an industrial strength pot and dish washing detergent, designed to be dispensed into dishwashing machines through the Detergent Dispenser Unit. This unit constantly meters the wash water and maintains the correct detergent concentration at all times. POTWASH controls staining and leaves pans spotlessly clean. For Use On... POTWASH is a high-performance detergent that provides excellent cleaning of aluminium, stainless steel and ceramic trays, pots and pans. POTWASH is also excellent for soak-tank cleaning of greasy aluminium filters as found in range-hoods and cooking fume extraction systems.

Technical Data Composition
POTWASH contains alkaline salts for fast removal of foodstuffs and soilage; builders to soften hard water and suspend dissolved minerals, preventing redeposition on glasses and tableware; defoamers to ensure fast breakdown of foam generated by protein soils in the wash solution and to enable the machine to operate at full pump pressure; sequestrants to condition hard water and corrosion inhibitors to prevent attack of metal surfaces.
