Passiflora edulis, commonly known as passion fruit, is a vine species of passion flower native to southern Brazil through Paraguay and northern Argentina. Known for it's tart essence and sweet finish Passionfruit Syrup is commonly used for tropical drinks and desserts.
Colour: Bright yellow/orange
Flavour: Pure fruity passionfruit flavour with strong sweetness and a hint of acidity.
When stored in a dry, clean location at a temperature of 18-27⁰C, the shelf life after opening and with the cap on will be 90-180 days. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight.
